Refund Policy

Gralven is completely free to use.

We do not charge South African consumers any fees for browsing, comparing, or using our comparison tools. Therefore, in most circumstances, no payment is taken and no refund is applicable.

No Charges for Comparison Services

The Gralven comparison platform — including savings account comparisons, personal loan comparisons, and investment option comparisons — is provided entirely free of charge. No account registration, subscription, or payment is required to access our comparison tools.

Third-Party Products

If you proceed to apply for a financial product through a provider listed on Gralven (e.g. a savings account, personal loan, or investment), any fees, charges, or payments are governed entirely by that provider's own terms and conditions. Gralven is not a party to any agreement between you and a listed financial institution and cannot process refunds on behalf of third parties.

For refunds or disputes relating to a financial product you applied for through a listed provider, you must contact that provider directly. All credit providers listed on Gralven are registered under the National Credit Act (NCA) and are subject to its consumer protection provisions.
